Breathwork is an activating meditation technique that uses your breath to release the body’s stored emotions, hurts, traumas, fears, anxieties, grief and shame. It takes you on a journey to find and reclaim yourself.

I love this heart-opening technique that connects you to self-love and healing. It complements meditation techniques that take you to stillness and brings you to present-moment awareness in your body differently. In other words, Breathwork is a beautiful tool that allows you to get out of your busy mind, experience release and allows a coming into stillness and clarity with unresolved issues that you may have been pushing away. It can take you to completely unexpected places, and the experience changes each time you connect to your breath in this way.

In a breathwork session, I intuitively and intentionally guide you to where your body needs to heal and without judgement, witness your process and your healing.

 

Healing sessions

I work one on one with individuals, with couples, and with groups.

Sessions are held either online via video call or in person. This allows me to work with you no matter where you are in the world. Virtual sessions are just as powerful as in person sessions, so if you prefer the comfort of your own home, book a virtual session!

1:1 Sessions are available as part of three healing session packages. once you have worked with me for a minimum of 7 weeks, individual sessions can be booked for
