I teach one class a week in our wonderful practice space, Y Man Ymarfer in Brechfa, South West Wales

Class Time 5:30-7:00 pm

The Studio location and directions will be sent to you when you book. I look forward to practicing with you.

Drop-in yoga classes are £12 at Y Man Ymarfer.

If you know you would like a more regular yoga practice at Y Man Ymarfer, you can also purchase one of of the following discounted packages.

Yoga - 5 Class Pack - £11 per class

Yoga - 10 Class Pack - £10 per class

You will be charged for one class per week (although you may use your class pack to attend as many classes a week as you wish). If you can't make class any one week, or there is no class scheduled, any remaining appointments from the previous week will be rolled over.

After you purchase a package, you will be given an access code to redeem for appointments and a link for you to schedule your appointments.
