Online Group Breathwork for Self-Love, Safety, and Support

In the same way, if you do not love yourself, know what it feels like to be safe in your body and mind, or know how to draw on the support that is available to you from our universe, life can get overwhelming.

This month we inquire into how we bring more trust into our body, mind, and spirit.

We inquire into how we trust ourselves so much that we hold ourselves in complete safety and support. We inquire into how we bring even more depth to loving ourselves. And to do so, we again use this beautiful tool our breath gives us. We start to re-train ourselves to know what it feels like when we are fully connected to our own vast support system that is entwined with the support of the universe itself.

In February we breathe to deepen our connection to loving ourselves, and invite our bodies to release anything that is blocking us from receiving love, safety, and support.

This breathwork class is an opportunity for you to find the places where you can learn to trust yourself and your heart again...
